Come and practice the gentle healing movements of Spring Forest Qigong! Qigong is a teaching focusing on activating our bodies "qi" energy and natural healing ability.

For the first half of this class we will practice the healing movements. For the second half, we will get comfortable and enjoy the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls and various other instruments. The frequencies and sounds created help soothe the body, mind and soul so you can come into balance and total relaxation.
